When we perceive the aura we see within it colour, shape and form. These colours are the code of the Spirit; the eyes of the soul. In order to ‘crack’ this code we need to attune ourselves properly and with discipline. With colour it is important to note that there are positive and negative aspects to all. So what is meditation? Well most simply put it is sitting and relaxing. So many people these days are finding that their lives are so full of the demands of work, family, friends, and organized leisure activates that they have no time to just “stand and stare”. Psychometry is the ability to read the energy patterns that people leave on the objects around them, most people like to use metal objects, such as rings, bracelets, or some other kind of jewellery, it could have much to do with the fact that we are more in contact with these objects than any other, and therefore they retain more information. But it can be almost anything, some prefer to use clothing, again these are in regular contact with the owner, but it’s simply a fact of finding out what works best for you.
